Terms of Use
Last updated 16 August 2026
These terms cover the Live All In mobile app, published by Hilary Weeks. By using the app you agree to them.
What you can do
The app is for your own personal, non-commercial listening. Play the music, save songs to your phone, make playlists, and share the app with anyone you like.
What you cannot do
The songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork and images in this app are Hilary’s work, or are used by her with permission. They are protected by copyright.
Please do not:
- copy, upload, or redistribute the recordings, including to streaming services, social media, or file-sharing sites
- use the music in videos, performances, or anything commercial without written permission
- extract the audio from the app, or try to get at content that is not being offered to you
Downloading a song for offline listening is a convenience for you. It is not a transfer of ownership, and the song remains Hilary’s.
For permission to use a song — a performance, a video, an event — get in touch. The answer is often yes, and asking costs nothing.
Accompaniment tracks
Where the app offers accompaniment or instrumental versions, they are for singing along and for personal practice. Performing them publicly or recording over them for release needs permission, the same as the original.
Your own content
Playlists and favourites you create are yours and stay on your phone. We do not claim anything in them.
The app itself
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and the music playing, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and content may be added or removed over time.
Some features need an internet connection. Songs you have downloaded will play without one.
Newsletter
Signing up is optional and nothing in the app is withheld from you if you do not. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter you receive. See the Privacy Policy for what we do with your email address.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
